West Florida Hospital Patient Benefit Advisor Hotline Established

Unemployment and furloughs due to COVID-19 are creating barriers to people accessing and affording health care.

HCA Healthcare and West Florida Healthcare are offering a free Patient Benefit Advisor (PBA) hotline to directly help consumers whose insurance coverage has been impacted and who may need assistance finding coverage.  There are experts on hand to connect people with the resources they need and guide them through the process to find an affordable care solution.
