Pensacola Restaurants are Opening Their Dining Rooms

State Opens 10th Drive-Through Testing Site in Pensacola
A mobile testing site at the University of West Florida opened to the public on Saturday, May 2 at 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The UWF test site will be open seven days a week for two weeks. The drive-through test site is located at the SP2 parking lot, which is on the east side of campus, near the East Sports Complex. Individuals are asked to remain in their vehicles, and pre-screening is not required.
Residents can receive a test even if they aren’t experiencing symptoms.

Governor DeSantis Considers Reopening Hair Salons and Barbershops
Governor Ron DeSantis met with owners of barbershops, hair salons and nail salons in Orlando on Saturday to discuss how to move forward with reopening their businesses as the state continues to slowly lift restrictions put in place to slow the spread of COVID-19. Read more here.
