Q: Where do I locate my username and password?
A: Select “Forgot Login” on the homepage.
Q: Where can I change my username and password?
A: In the partners-only portal, there is a link to “Change Username/Password”, if you are unable to contact anyone in the Communications & Partner Support Department to change it for you. Please allow 24 hours for the change to take effect.
Q: Where can I pay my dues?
A: If you are logged into the partners-only portal, there is a link to “Pay Your Bills”. Any open invoice, dues, event invoices and investments will be available for you to pay online. We use Authorize.net for secure transactions. There is no fee to pay online.
Q: Who can update company contact information?
A: Anyone logged into the partners-only portal can update information. Please make sure to share the login with your staff. You MUST fill out the “Changed By” fields. This helps us keep track of who requested the changes. The change will appear within 24 hours.
Q: Where can I submit a public event?
A: If you are logged into the partners-only portal, you can submit an event that will appear on our community events calendar. Your event will appear within 24 hours.
Q: Where can I submit a coupon?
A: Any partner can submit a coupon. Inside the partners-only portal, there is a link to submit a coupon, as well as view other coupons available. You can also find the link to the list of available coupons on the business directory page.
Q: Where can I submit a job?
A: The job board is free for partners and $75 for non-partners. Fill out the form with your information and attach the job description. Your job will be listed within 48 hours.
Q: Do I need to be signed in to the partners-only portal to register for an event?
A: No, there are two ways to register for an event. You can view the event calendar and select any event to register. If you are logged in to the partners-only portal, upcoming events will be displayed. You can also select “Click Here For All Events” to be directed to the event calendar.
